Your recruitment need is managed in project mode within our firm.
A project team (that includes a consultant and a research assistant) is dedicated to your research and will report regularly on their progress.

How are our recruitment projects done?

CADELE is a recruitment firm that uses a direct approach. We support you in your recruitment needs all along the value chain, from the creation of the project team and the comitology until the signing of the contract.
The first phase of a project is the analysis phase (context, ecosystem, benchmark), after which a job description is created matching your needs.
We then create a sourcing strategy in a multichannel approach, in order to find the most suitable talent for your needs.
Then comes the qualification phase in which the phone pre-qualification, appointments and the individual meetings take place. During these meetings candidate know-how, interpersonal skills and salary expectations are discussed.
After the qualification phase, we provide you with the complete candidate files and a debriefing of all the interviews. A reference check is then carried out for the selected candidates. Finally, we accompany you in the negotiations, contract signing and during the onboarding process, up until the end of the probation period when a final summary is submitted.
